Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, depending on the item.

We always do our best to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are prepared and shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that order processing time and delivery time are separate timeframes, and shipping transit begins after dispatch.

Domestic Shipping (Ukraine)

Delivery within Ukraine typically takes 1–2 business days.

International Shipping

We currently offer standard international shipping to

United States: 10–18 business days
Canada: 10–18 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Effective 27 May 2026, OLLI pets ships within Ukraine, to the United States, and Canada only. Orders from the European Union and the United Kingdom are not accepted. This change reflects our commitment to operating within our designated markets.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or force majeure.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Guarantee

OLLI pets provides a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

If a significant defect caused by the manufacturer is identified in an OLLI pets product, we may offer repair, replacement, or another reasonable solution at our discretion.

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only and does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, improper use, or damage caused by pets, chewing, scratching, or improper handling.

Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery regarding a return or exchange request.

Approved items must be sent back within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging, labels, and tags intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.
